Pear Tree

Still bearing fruit in December.

 

Located on the derelict RAF Rivenhall in Essex. Lots of abandoned stuff to explore.

 

Used as a base for US Mustangs and Marauders and laterly RAF Stirlings during WWII.

 

There is an odd effect in the branches which I suspect is a dodgy scan of the negative.
