Ho Fun

Beef chow ho fun for lunch. Not bad, but a little too heavy handed on the soy sauce and no seasoned wok flavor -- one of my favorite flavors.

 

When I bring leftover ho fun home, I typically throw it in a pan with sesame oil. Just dawned on me - I can't think of a Chinese restaurant in the Cleveland area that uses sesame oil. Imperial Wok, Solon, OH.
