Elgar Memorial Window

Stained glass window in Worcester Cathedral unveiled in 1935 a year after the composer's death, It depicts a scene from his oratorio "The Dream of Gerontius". Elgar spent his childhood in Worcester, the son of a music shop owner and it was also where he spent the last five years of his life.
