1968 Ford XT Fairmont Wagon

The Australian XT Falcon was built from March 1968-June 1969, a facelift on the XR with a revised grille, indicators in the taillights were now full width. Engine capacities were increased.

Utility; Falcon, Falcon 500 and Van just Falcon.

The Falcon 500; courtesy lights, carpet.

The Fairmont; bucket seats, console and a woodgrain dash.

The GT got the Fairmont interior, plus extra instrumentation, sports steering wheel, 302 V8, 4 speed manual, driving lights, black grille and tail light panel and full stainless steel wheel trims.

Engines; 114hp 188 cu in or 135hp 221 cu in 6 cyls and 210hp 302 V8 (GT230hp)

Falcons were also assembled in New Zealand from 1966-1990
