The Victor was Vauxhall’s 4 cyl car, this the 1961-64 second series, was the FB, a lot better car but plainer looking with its flat front and turtle-deck rear. Initially, the engine was 50hp 1508cc.

In 1963 it was enlarged to 1594cc, along with this came a facelift, indicators were now round instead of oblong, the grille in blocks rather than horizontal bars.

They were available in base, Super and Deluxe (bucket seats). The sporty version was the VX 4/90, they got twin carbs, bucket seats, full instrumentation, coloured stripe down the side, revised grille with vertical bars and larger tail-light clusters.

GMNZ in New Zealand and GMH in Australia assembled the Victor FB sedan. In New Zealand, in Super form with column shift manual.
