Live Firing
Pictures taken during live firing exercises of Juliet and Lima Company. The exercises provided an opportunity to sharpen their skills to ensure they are at their best for the final live firing exercise in a few days time.
Plymouth based 42 Commando are currently deployed in the United States (US) to the USMC (United States Marine Corps) Marine Air Ground Combat Training Centre, 29 Palms conducting Exercise Black Alligator, a multinational exercise involving the United Kingdom, US and Netherlands.
24 Commando, 29 Commando, Commando Helicopter Force and Korps Marinier are attached to 42 Commando to collectively make up 42 Commando Group.
