Vegan Pumpkin Pies

Thanksgiving pumpkin pies. I used Bryanna Clark Grogan's recipe, which came out great. I made a gingerbread cookie crust for the pie on the left, and a traditional crust for the pie on the right. I think I preferred the traditional crust, as the gingerbread cookie crust stuck to the pan and refused to come out.
