fish eggs

i noticed yesterday that the goldfish had spawned in the big pond out in my garden - today i decided to collect some of the eggs and give the babies a better chance of survival away from the other fish, the axolotl and the marron. Im trying to get a photo of one actually hatching. So far, no luck! The little black dots inside the egg are the tiny eyes of the baby fish. The eggs are approx 0.5mm across, I would have left many more in the pond simply because they are so tiny and i cant see them all. These ones were on the underside of a dead waterlily leaf. There are eggs all around the pond, in the roots of floating plants, on dead plants and all around the walls. Thousands of them!
