I hope that white car is not signed up for Uber. Fortunately, taxi fare in Taipei is reasonable enough that I doubt there would be any threat from Uber. Customer service from their taxis is not bad either. On the other hand, Ulber is causing quite bit of disruption in the transportation industry in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a matter of fact, I think this company revolutionizes the industry by allowing personal vehicles to be utilized for paid ride. The so-called share ride becomes distorted in terms of its definition and it needs to be regulated as the passenger might bear the risk of irresponsible drivers.
