Eye To Eye With A Grasshopper
I enjoy getting down on my stomach in the grass to take ground level shots, after first checking for ants! It's a different world down by our feet, populated by many fascinating insects. Often grasshoppers jump away before I get close, but some, like this one, probably can't believe the giant that is slowly squirming towards them, and their curiosity gets the better of them :) (DSC_7084)
