VRC-40 'Rawhides'.
Unfortunately, even the C-2 Greyhounds seem to have toned down the markings nowadays, although I don't quite see the logical reason as to why. VRC-40 'Rawhides' are one of two current USN squadrons that operate the type in the carrier onboard delivery role (COD). One unit is assigned to each coast, VRC-30 cover the Pacific.
