2017_03_21_Aurora (ex-CH 797 HSS) 2
The Auroral stats had picked up as a high speed solar wind associated with a coronal hole (CH 797) turned to face the Earth. Unfortunately, a thick band of misty cloud stuck, quite resolutely, at about 15 degrees above the horizon, chopping off all the rays.
Looking over Lough Foyle towards Donegal.
Samyang 24mm f/1.4 @ f/2.2
Aurora stats when photo taken:
Kp = 5
Bt = 10.6
Bz = -0.1
Uni of Lancaster magnetometer = 41.9 nT
