Bayshore Town Center-Glendale, Wisconsin

Bayshore Town Center opened in 1954 as an outdoor strip mall. In 1974, the strip mall was converted into an indoor mall called Bayshore Mall. Anchors included Sears, Boston Store and Kohl's. In 2006, Bayshore was converted into a mixed used center called Bayshore Town Center with new tenents like Barnes and Noble, Chessecake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen, office and apartments. Sears closed in December 2014 and Boston Store closed August 2018. Bayshore Town Center is struggling as stores have closed here. The mall which parts still remain in struggling but outdoor section is doing well. I'm not sure why that day as it was raining why they wouldn't want to be within the mall than in the outdoor shops.
