City of Riverside Walk in Our Shoes

SEIU 721 City of Riverside members with assistance from the Riverside Police Officers’ Association and the Riverside City Firefighters’ Association, reached out to City management with the idea to commemorate Labor Day in a creative and educational way - by holding a job shadowing event where city council members and management participated in a Walk in Our Shoes, on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015.
