SNOW STORM 1947

by dloran01

The majority of these photos were taken by my father, He was a Section Foreman for the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) stationed in Tribune at the time. It seemed like there were numerous storms that year. January 30th - February 8th 1947. These photo's were taken around Tribune Sk. I have some other Photo's that are not mine, If you know who owns them let me know and I will give them a photo credit. Plus any more information is always helpful. drloran@sasktel.net
Ray Loran moved to Broadview from Tribune then Sintlauta and finally Indian Head where he had enough seniority no one could bump him any more. He retired there after 45 years working for the C.P.R.
