Salmon and sea bass ravioli served in lime and tofu milk

Little parcels of smooth and just-past-al-dente ravioli stuffed with a moist filling of salmon and sea bass. The lime and soymilk sauce was quite nice, especially with the citrussy tang matching the fish, and the soya milk adding creaminess, but not being overly rich. There were also slices of grilled pineapple adding some sweetness, but these many elements resulted in a bit confusion.
While the pleated tops of the ravioli with pretty, they were rather thick and bland without a strong sauce.
Neither Julia nor I could figure out what the prettily piped mounds of green were. Mashed potato with spinach, perhaps.

The Set Lunch menu is either ridiculously cheap in USD and AUD (around USD8/AUD10), or horribly expensive at VND169000, when a bowl of pho is only around VND20000 / USD1.20 / AUD1.50.
