Tendrils

A shot taken from Gwithian Beach just after Christmas.

 

I'd gone out for the day on the Cornish coast with my friend Scott, starting at Godrevy Lighthouse then moving up the coast.

 

It was a very overcast and miserable day so I went hunting for patterns in the sand, I saw all this black silt coming down the beach so used it as some foreground interest. It looked like tendrils or black veins through the sand and I liked the patterns they made.

 

We didn't get many shots from this day out, but I'll post what I did get.
