We are a 37-acre dairy and cheese-making farmstead located just minutes from Chapel Hill, NC. We specifically chose Jersey cows for our farm, since their rich milk produces a high-quality cheese. Our herd spends its time on lush pastures and the intensive rotational grazing system ensures that our livestock will have access to high-quality grass during the growing season. We milk throughout the year to make a range of delicious handcrafted artisan cheeses. We also raise whey-fed pigs, and produce a range of sausages, cuts of pork and Animal Welfare Approved rose veal.
