When I joined Flickr back in 2008, I felt pretty safe to mark all my quilting photos and other swap related photos as "public" and everybody in my groups, whether they where my contacts or not, could see my photos.

 

After Flickr made the drastic changes last year, all of a sudden I noticed a steep increase in "views" of my photos over the span of just two days. I have to say, that freaked me out and I changed all my settings to "friends and family" only, and drastically reduced my contacts to only the friends I got to know through swaps in some of my groups.

 

Now, if you are a member in any of the groups I belong to, but are not my friend and would like to see my photostream, please contact me and I will add you as a friend.

D - dots (as in polka dots), daisies in a meadow, dragonfly

 

E - embellishments, embroidery (as in crazy quilt, redwork), eclectic things
