I believe bridges have their own personality and history they are not just go betweens between two banks . Please post pics of really nice bridges specially those having some kind of history or legend like the pic I am posting below this bridge is supposed to be frequented by a creature half man and half horse.

One of the most beautiful bridges I've seen so far ... located in Giverny, about 1 hour north of Paris - Claude Monet's garden.

You have to really be into bridges to appreciate this one. It is very important, because of the torrent of water that passes across this road during rainy weather.

This was a bridge in southwest Missouri. I say "was" because it was torn down in the interest of "progress". It may have been unsafe, but it saddens me that it was allowed to get to that point; the architecture was wonderful.
