Vos photos sont le bienvenues sur notre group, mais seulement si elles sont vos images à vous OU si vous avez l'accord de l'auteur.
Si on trouve que les photos soumises sur le groupe sont piratées dans n'importe quelle façon, nous procéderons aux actions suivants:

1) Nous vous encourageons d'envoyer toute contrevention de copyright sur le lien suivant : help.yahoo.com/l/fr/yahoo/copyright/general.html
2) Un interdiction sur votre abonnement + la suppression de TOUTES vos photos mis sur ce groupe.
3) Un lien vers la photo piratée sera envoyé à l'auteur de l'image. Ce sera à eux de vous poursuivre si besoin.

Voulez-vous prendre la risque?

SVP ne gâcher pas le plaisir des autres. NE METTEZ PAS LES PHOTOS QUI NE VOUS APPARTIENNENT PAS SUR CE GROUPE.

Dernièrement...

4) Les membres qui envoient sans cesse les photos hors sujet sur ce groupe auront leur abonnement supprimé sans être prevenus.

3) A link to the pirated photo will be passed on to the photos' owner for them to take action should they so wish.

Finally...

4) Members repeatedly flooding the group with off subject photos will be removed.
