is this possible in PS CC or is there a special application that can do it?
I need to blend to HDR bracketed exposures and hopefully merge/ stitch at the same time. Shot will be composed of ambient and artificial lit frames for interiors.
Hopefully somebody has done this here : )

I think PS CC has the ability to do one or the other directly from RAW, but I can't say I've ever tried it. I generally use Microsoft ICE or Autostich to do the stitching for bokeh panos. Actually I have done both HDR and a pano in one go before, it was for doing HDRI scene for 3D and I used PT Gui for it. It worked well but I never used it for the bokeh pano result, I should probably try that some day...
