This is a group about Antique Period rooms all around the world. Please post your photo's of Period Historical interior rooms you see in museums, House museums, Plantations, The cut off date is 1900.

Period rooms offer the flickr visitor an opportunity to see how people of earlier centuries furnished and decorated their domestic interiors. The rooms demonstrate particular styles and, together, trace the development of interior design over the last four centuries. Period rooms are marriages of period woodwork, furniture, and accessories with authentically reproduced paint, wallpaper, and fabric.
