I have started putting a tag on all pictures for the state or territory they are from. I like to see how many from each area and try to invite those from areas we don't have. It would be great if you all could start putting the state as a tag. Let others know where you saw their picture and help advertise the group by using the following link. Just copy and paste it.

Group Description
Please only add images from the 50 states and associated territories of the United States (of course that includes American Samoa, D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)Any building that has an historic value, whether that be a house from the Victorian period, an old railroad station, a courthouse, a library, etc. Structures or objects like bridges, flagpoles, water towers, and amphitheaters are also welcome, as long as they are of historic value. When it comes to age requirements, we generally apply the rule for eligibility for a National Register of Historic Places listing. That is, a submission here requires that the subject of the image be at least 50-years-old. That means that new buildings become eligible everyday. If the building or structure in your photo appears younger than 50-years-old, we will consult any tags, caption, or text provided in the submission. In specific instances where the age of a building is in question, if no information is provided, those images will be removed from the pool.
Please identify where the building or structure is located. Place is important to us.
