Group Rules

This list will be for the friendly discussion of anything pertaining to the Australian Shepherds. I can and will tolerate differing opinions as well as "some" heated discussions as long as those discussions remain respectful. Please... no flames and no name calling as these will get you banned from the list.

AKC and ASCA do not recognize a "size variety" of the Australian Shepherd... there is no such thing! This list recognizes the Miniature Australian Shepherd and the North American Shepherd for what they truly are which is a distinct and separate breed from the Australian Shepherd.

Litter announcements are not the main purpose of this list! If you desire to post your litter announcement, then please include health clearances on sire/dam, Sire/dams registry info (AKC/ASCA) and the purpose of the litter (performance/conformation/working, etc). Please post your website if you have one.

Rescue transportation will be allowed as long as the route is broken down into legs. Please provide additional info such as if the dog needs crated during transport. shot record, temperament of dog or any additional information that may be available.

Please post a brief introduction about you and your Aussie. Not really mandatory, if you prefer to lurk, that is fine, too!
