Group Description
What connects us to Queensland, to our home, our families and our friends? What types of images, from the iconic to the subtle, represent this sense of belonging?FINAL BELONGING MURAL PHOTOGRAPHS SELECTED
Congratulations and kind thanks to all of the artists who submitted photographs for consideration. An initial selection was made by SLQ curators and designers based on how well images responded to the Belonging theme and then these images were culled further at the point of design in order to provide a cohesive design.
The Belonging Mural was displayed in the Knowledge Walk of the State Library of Queensland from 18 June through March 2017.
Numbers below correspond to the numbers placed on the photographs on the physical mural.
