What setting should i use?

whats the best custom settings for good detail and low noise?

i know the EXR mode has it but isnt it possible to get the same and better with custom settings?

The best setting for me is: metering Average, sharpening low, noise reduction low. I shoot 8 megapixel, quality normal.

You do take nice shots. What magic do you work for those macro shots?

I personally change settings all the time, use EXR HR a lot, never use EXR auto. A lot of the time now I shoot in "A" or "M"

The only constant is that I have my exposure bias reduced by 1 stop.
