2009 11-29 GALA - Showtime!

The Strathspey & Reel Society of New Hampshire presented its' 21ST Gala Scottish Concert, featuring pianist, Jacqueline Schwab (Jacquelineschwab.com), well known for her work on Ken Burns’ documentaries. The award winning students of the Calder School of Highland Dance danced a variety of dances accompanied by piper Derek Davidson. The SRSNH Dances also came out did some fine dancing. The album begins with the final preparations for the show, continuing till the audience arrives. I also popped backstage to catch a few shots during intermission.
