We hike Myers Valley into The Upper reaches of Pinto Canyon.This area is remote and rugged, not for the novice.

Upper Reaches of Pinto Canyon, The Passage enters a Grotto and a 40-50ft waterfall. The waterfall was dry.

Pinto Canyon is a remote Canyon near Davies valley. The Canyon is used by Illegal Immigrants, though this portion is easily bypass by a tributary canyon.

Imperial County, California.

I feel drawn closer to the abyss.

I feel I must forge the new path.

I can't continue as things are.

But I don't know what to do.

This picture was taken during a treak down and through the Pinto Canyon road outside of Big Bend National Park....... it is worth the horrible road conditions to get some of the remarkable views this route provides!
