A shot of Idaho's Mt. Heyburn above Little Redfish Lake in the wee hours before dawn. Amazing what our cameras can pull out of the dark.
A few other daylight shots of this iconic peak in comments.
Enjoy this last day of June! Hard to believe 2016 is half over!

Dublin's O'Connell Bridge, named after Daniel O'Connell spans between the night sky & River Liffey, connecting the north & south of the Capital, something to reflect on.

This year’s festival motto “Creating Tomorrow” intensively illuminates our responsibility for the sustainable preservation of our home planet. The light art installations and video mappings play with this theme in an incredible variety. Inspiring visions are shown and the coming tasks are thematised, such as sustainability, e-mobility, measures for more CO2 neutrality, renewable energies and digitalisation. As always, we are locating the productions in prominent places in Berlin, on landmarks and buildings steeped in history, on squares, on the facades of the participating companies and organisations, as well as in all of Berlin’s districts and many neighbourhoods.
The FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS 2021 is a call for more sustainability, more WE feeling, humanity and mindfulness as well as the preservation of cultural diversity.
All illuminations at the approximately 70 locations will light up between 8.21pm and midnight every day from 03rd-12th of September 2021, unless otherwise stated in the program. The currently known festival locations are listed below. Further details on the individual illuminations, times, partners and individual events will be added here gradually.

The Last Bus Home on Christmas Eve is a 360 degree projection mapping artwork located in the heart of Smithfield Square.
A light show full of colour and energy, taking a trip to the abstract, and paying homage to those who stand in hope of the last bus home on Christmas Eve, created by Alfredo Espeche.

Colors in the image: the golden comes from incandescent lamps on the bridge; the purple comes from purple LED lamps on the bridge; the blue is color of the sky about half an hour after sunset.
Donghai Bridge, literally "East Sea Grand Bridge", is one of the longest cross-sea bridges in the world. It was completed on December 10, 2005. It has a total length of 32.5 km and connects mainland Shanghai with the offshore Yangshan deep-water port in China. Most of the bridge is a low-level viaduct. There are also cable-stayed sections to allow for the passage of large ships, largest with span of 420 meters.

Dutch violinist and conductor André Rieu plays to his fans at the 3 Arena while cruise ship AIDAaura conducts its own tour of the Capital at the weekend.
Both André Rieu & AIDAaura were touring the city on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th, both revisiting after a long absence of concerts & cruises caused by the Covid pandemic, thankfully all returning to normal in 2022. The concerts had originally been part of his 2020 tour.
Cruises ships visiting Dublin in 2022 are currently only given cruise 18 berth along the East Link toll bridge due to port works, or outbased at Dun Laoighare, AIDAaura is the largest ship this year so far & what a beauty with its amazing graphics.
AIDAaura had come down from Belfast & continued on from Dublin to Portree in Scotland.
André Rieu had flown in with his orchestra on private KlasJet Boeing 737-500 LY-FLT before returning to his native Maastricht, The Netherlands before more Wembley dates.
