My second time to use butterfy, and i really enjoyed. I was surprised how quickly then i finished after so many days before of head banging on wall for previous unsuccessful creation. It died. I killed it, flung it out the window with unlady like words...so instead here is Kylee. The future flucuates.

Baby Kylee Jade made it into this world to meet her loving parents, Teri and Sam. She is ten days old today. What a delight it is to continue documenting the life and story of this beautiful new family. They hired me to photograph the baby bump announcement photograph, the 36 weeks milestone and now this. Big grateful heart here.
Hey everyone, I hope all is well. I haven’t been doing much photography this past year because I’ve been consumed with house projects and such. With the majority of that work done, I hope to focus on some photography. Definitely feeling rusty and here is an attempt to knock the rust off. I took this image this past weekend along the Sonoma Coast as the ocean spray and mid morning light created a beautiful atmosphere. What truly makes this special to me is I had my granddaughter by my side taking pictures with her little camera and slaloming around my tripod legs.

Kylee Kimbrough is the founder of an Atlanta band called Dasher. The band just signed a deal with Jagjaguwar Records, a label that's home to artists ranging from Bon Iver to Dinosaur Jr., and is looking to release its debut in 2015. Over the past six months, Max Blau has been writing a story about her life, struggles with substance abuse, and the road to becoming a drummer. The Creative Loafing cover story is out today and I had the pleasure of taking photographs. Kylee is an extremely courageous person for sharing a lot of what's in this story.
