I'm at home these days, for a while without my car, so I'm going through some of my older albums.

At the Dallas Arboreteum, 66 acres of landscaped gardens adjacent to the small in-town Whiterock Lake.

The wisteria is growing up and over the trellis which leads to the glass-like waterfall and pool beyond. The water is not shooting upwards, but falling in a smooth line from the top of the structure. The white part is just the sunlight hitting the water. The Arboretum is generally open year-round with seasonal plantings.

I visited here with my photo friend, Lorna Hamblin, who has now moved to beautiful Puerto Rico. Love you and miss you, Lorna. Lorna is tagged below with my tags. Please visit her page and say hello.

Thank you most kindly for stopping by to view my work.

If you find you have a few words to say about what I have done they will be much appreciated.

Scratch time or waving goodbye you decide..............

The world's coolest Black Bear shows her predatory side, alertly watching for salmon attempting to come up the river to spawn. Good luck, fish! That's a hungry bear and she's very good at what she does. A lot of our time with the bears involved waiting. Waiting for one to come out of the woods, waiting for something to happen, waiting while they watched and waited. I don't recall being bored for even a second!
