soft bacon caramel

The caramel inside the Vosges eggs is remarkable. It's thick, soft and rich with the bacon pieces adding an interesting texture and a great salty flavor.

 

I'm a huge fan of salty and sweet combinations and I sincerely hope it's not just a fad. Bacon candy is a really good thing.
