Private moments

I've been working around the clock for the past few weeks on a series of demanding projects and so I've only been able to grab a few moments here and there during my late night commute between home and the office to do a little photography.

 

I really like the quietness of the Tokyo commute -- everyone's consumed by what's going on in their heads, whether it be sending phonemail from their keitai, reading a book, listening to their ipod, typing away on their laptops, or just lost in their thoughts ; it's really only on the last train or two, thanks to after-hours drinking, that commuters start to make a lot of noise.
