Jack Daniels [EXPLORE]

I had a bit of spare time yesterday evening, so I fancied messing around with my camera and flashes. Inspired by this image I thought I'd try a still life/bokeh setup. I'd seen a few images with similar setups. I'm pretty pleased with how it came out.

 

Strobist:

• Canon 580ex-II, camera right on 1/64 power through a Westcott Apollo softbox.

• Canon 580ex-II, camera left, bare on 1/64 power with a blue gel and homemade spill kill.

• Canon 430ex-II, camera right, bare on 1/64 power with a purple gel and homemade spill kill.
