Old Lady - Comic Book Style

After finding a thread in the GIMP Users group I couldn't help but have a go! I tried on a few of my own photo's but none seemed all that suitable, so I found this excellent portrait by Sukanto Debnath which has so much detail and interest in it I thought it would be great.
I like my effect, although I'm sure it could be done better!
