This app has replaced Postr for me. Using 0.3 in Gentoo and so far it's really quite nice. Keep up the good work.

@jmckight: Thanks! Really glad to see that you appreciate this little app!

Hope you'll like as well the new version that is coming out in the next weeks (hopefully by 5-6th of February). I've been working quite a lot on it during Christmas and I'd really love to see people out there using it.

If you want to take a look to what's going to come with frogr 0.4, check out the NEWS file here:

git.gnome.org/browse/frogr/tree/NEWS

My personally favorite list of new things, as extracted from that link:

- Fixed slow startup (no longer wait for albums to be loaded).
- New settings dialog.
- Support for HTTP proxies.
- Support for creating new albums right from frogr.
- Allow adding pictures to group pools (not just to user albums).
- Support for seamlessly handling multiple accounts.
- Auto-completion in 'tags' entries.
- Allow setting 'content type' and 'safety level'.
- Allow setting pictures to 'show up on global search results'.
- Remove pictures from UI as soon as they get uploaded.
- Better reporting progress to the users for time consuming operations.
- Allow specifying a list of pictures to be loaded from command line.
- Register frogr as image mime types handler, so it's possible to
load pictures on it from other applications (e.g. nautilus or eog).
- New translations (7 so far, and counting)

Once again, thanks for your kind comment. I Really appreciate that

I've been a long time waiting for this application. Simple, but effective and quite reliable, specially taking into account its early development stage.

Mucho ánimo, Mariosp, lo estás haciendo muy bien.

Frogr is a HUGE leap forward for Flickr on Ubuntu. I wrote up a blog post about it to follow up on one from last year about how bad the options were.

Frogr is such a wonderful program! Other uploaders were so clumsy are required a lot of extra sorting inside of Flickr. With Frogr everything is here! I can make new sets, add to existing ones, tag the photos, change the permissions and so on.
