Soufflé au thé vert matcha

[ 194 / 365 ] This was my first attempt at making soufflé. I attempted to create a Japanese-French fusion soufflé using matcha as my flavor. Soufflé is said to be one of the most difficult desserts to photograph as it deflates swiftly within a matter of minutes.
