Postcard from Capri
The view from Capri’s Monte Solaro, towards the Faraglioni. Monte Solaro is the highest point of Capri with an elevation of 589 m. The statue on the right is Emperor Augustus, who developed Capri; he built temples, villas, aqueducts, and planted gardens so he could enjoy his private paradise.
I took this shot a few weeks ago while I was in Capri for work. A simple shot, yet it shows the stunning views one can enjoy in the beautiful Mediterranean Island.
Let me know what you think.
