123, ABC, Lines
During the July 2010 school holidays we undertook another holiday photo project. We occasionally walk the 2.5kms to the grandparents, but on this occasion I wanted them to take it easy, so we each took a camera and I told the youngest (4.5) "take photos of numbers", the eldest (7.5) "take photos of letters", and I took photos of lines and patterns. This was a great exercise in taking your time and opening your eyes to the details of the world around you. We've walked this way MANY times but we still found interesting details we'd never seen before.
I processed the images, we agreed on which ones to keep, and once again, thanks to cheap printing, I printed out our collection. I then cut out and stuck them to our office wall to end up with three sets of images - our own views of the walking trip.
