Chocolate Nut Bun - IMG_9518

Standard wholemeal bread dough made up with milk and an egg, a little sugar, salt and cinnamon.


The dough was rolled flat, spread with Nutella and coursely ground walnuts and pecans. I then rolled the whole thing up and cut into 12 pieces.


I then placed 6 rounds into a cake tin (x2), allowed them to rise for a further 30mins and then baked for 30mins in a hot oven.
