Kazuhiro Tanaka vs. Takahiro Ueno

D1GP USA Round 2 went down May 30th in Miami. With some of Japan's finest drifters, this had to be the best showcase of drifting Florida has ever seen. The Florida weather did not fail, and rained off and on all day. Between the rain, the 90 degree weather, and the 100 percent humidity, it made for a nasty day. But having Japan's best there showing off what they are capable of doing, it made up for it. The final 4 was the thing to see. Daigo Saito and Kazuhiro Tanaka started the final 4. Tanaka started the round following, keeping up right behind Saito, but not good enough, advantage went to Saito. Saito then follows Tanaka, its a done deal, Saito is not driving the Chaser for nothing.

Hokkanen verses Nomura was the next battle, Nomura moves on.

The final battle between the sedans. Nomura vs. Saito. Nissan vs. Toyota. Skyline vs. Chaser. Who

shall reign supreme!

The first 2 runs seemed not good enough, and the crowd screams "ONE MORE TIME!!!, ONE MORE TIME!!!" But before they continue Nomura needs a tire change. The final battle had to be the closest drifting Florida has seen.

As the day ends Daigo Saito, moves on to win his second event in a row.
