Colorado Face Scrub

Himalyan salt and avocado face scrubs might be the hip new thing, but I'll always prefer the Colorado face scrub: A full day of fluffy face-shots. The gentel blasting of icy snow across your pores is just the thing to melt your stress away.

So yes, this shot was taken at Copper Mountain on 1/31/2014. I've been skiing Summit County for quite a while and I've never had a snow day like this. 19 inches overnight and more coming down all day long. It was insane. Next to stopping to take pictures, the biggest problem of the day was visibility, as often the face shots turned into over-the-head flows. Blinding ecstasy. Even when the main runs got a little tracked, we had no trouble jumping into trees (or under ropes, always accidentally of course) and finding fresh stashes.

Also, the guys over at recently did a sweet little expose on me, and my vanity is still stoked about it. Check it out here! Interview
