New packaging display looks like a collection box

For 24-hour Post Offices, the availability of on-site mailing materials is a must, and I am tempted to believe that the Postal Service generates a large amount of revenue from frantic consumers that need to do last minute mailing and don't have their own supplies. For only $4.90, they can hurriedly stuff their papers in a special "Priority" envelope - the only ones available for free - get their mailing done right then and there, and maybe even get it there a day earlier, rather than trying to find an office supply store late at night (and, might I note, envelopes sold by the piece tend to be very expensive).
