Chicago’s first, and only, underground dining experience for the Herbivoracious. Multiple course gourmet dining by Heather Crosby, founder of YumUniverse, and chef Valerie Bolon (former Top Chef contestat). All dining experiences are plant-based, gluten-free, whole foods.
