The most beautiful tree in the world
Japanese Garden, Portland, Oregon, USA
Acer palmatum "Ornatum".
It's only 3 m tall, possiby less, not even the biggest of its kind in the park. I was really surprised that it was so small. Most visitors in the garden did not seem to notice this tree at all.
But its beauty, acessibility and light makes it one of the most photographed trees in the world. When planning our trip in the USA, this was the first stop we put on the map.
It is possible to understand why?
I got 1 1/2 h allowance from my family, and will upload some more photos of the three the next weeks.
(There is no editing of this photo at all, and I may substitute if with another. I just don't have the necessary tools in the small computer I carry with me on the trip to evaluate and/or modify this photo,)
