      One of these days I'll need to go to Shanghai and try these. The sheen on the skin of the bun is making my mouth water.

      there is no meat filling inside. just soup, with little bits of crab and crab roe. i don't think you are supposed to eat the skin but omg so hot and steamy it burned my mouth.
