Grand Canyon Sunset (Cape Royale)

The Grand Canyon formed as several large post flood lakes breached their banks creating the natural wonder in a matter of weeks. The Colorado River later carved its way through the bottom of the canyon as natural drainage made its way through the rugged terrain.

And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. (Genesis 8:3)
