- 100 g Parmesan
- 50 g pignolia
- one clove of garlic
- A lot Basilikum (which were chopped before)
into your blender, blend till everything merges into tiny bits. Then keep the blender running and add olive oil in small portions till the mass gets a nice consistency. Add some salt and pepper if needed and bang - there you are with your wonderful Pesto :-).
