This old bench was once a park bench at Frick Park in Pittsburgh. My dad used to work for the City of Pittsburgh Forestry Division. The park was throwing out these old benches in the late 1950's the wood was rotted the steel was rusted, but my dad thought they were worth saving, so he brought a few of them home and restored them. What is significant about this one is that he had given it to my grandmother and it sat in her back yard in Lawrenceville for many years till it was given to me and it has been on my back porch ever since. Somewhere I have a B&W photo that my mom took with this very same Argus 75 of me and my cousin Pam on this very same bench.
